4th YOUkun photo contest

[ ZOMG PEOPLE! why didn't somebody tell me yuu'd started his next fotokon!? ]
[ ok, also i'm a little dense lately (i'm going to claim NaNo and pray you guys believe it. (^^') ). the theme this time is yuuyake (夕焼け) which they have translated in the contest banner as "Evening Glow." yuuyake is basically sunset, used as opposed to yoake (夜明け) which means 'daybreak' and literally means 'evening burning.' so git them cameras out an' start a'snappin' sum shots~ (^_^) ]


Application Period
Entries must be postmarked between October 25 (Thursday) ~ November 17(Saturday)

Application Conditions
You must be a member of the BBS.
Please limit the number of entries to one per person.

Application Method
Entries are accepted by mail. Entries will not be accepted by e-mail or other means.
Please enter your work via one L size (89mm x 127 mm) photograph.
Please enclose a piece of paper (there are no regulations concerning this paper) with the information listed in the starred section and send it along with your entry to the following address:

Announcement of Results
The winning works will be displayed along with the contributor's name on YOU*OFFICIAL WEB SITE.
* We have prepared lovely presents for the prize winners.

Important points concerning entering

1. The works entered should be limited to original works for which the entrant holds the sole copyright and which have not been published or made available to the public.
2. If you include any third parties or other works in you entry, please be sure that you have obtained the appropriate rights before you submit.
3. In the event a legal dispute arises over an entry, the sponser will not be held responsible, including in cases of negligence or bad faith, rather the applicant will bear all responsiblity.
4. Please note that we cannot return entries for any reason.
5. All entries become the property of the sponser, and consent is given for the sponser to display the entries to the public and use them on their web site, in printed matter, for exhibitions and other such uses.
6. All caution will be used in the treatment of the entries, but if they are accidentally lost or damaged, please see the above point concerning responsibility of the sponser.
7. As for the judging of the main contest, we cannot respond to inquiries or demands. Please be aware of this beforehand.
8. Entries are limited to BBS members. Entries from non-BBS members will not be included in the judging.
