[377] An-... Dou... Towa-... - 2007/06/07 (Thu)

Uugh... The inferior blood is exhausted... (T_T)
Billy, overuse of deficient muscles....

But finally, the fourth day of enlistment, right at the same place!!
Man oh man, as usual, Billy left me in the dust for the second half,
but the first 30 minutes, anyway seemed managable.
So I say, gasping for breath and drenched in sweat.

Starting today, I boldly tried using the Billy Band,
but of course, it's intense. I already can't lift my arm... (^^;)
Plus the leaving in the dust quotient skyrocketed. (^^;)

The only thing is, until now I'd been thinking only about Billy,
but of course the muscle load is a serious matter.
The number of reps you can do decreases, but your muscles are definitely more effective than when you don't use them.
I'll try training steadily using the Band, but at my own pace.

As for today... it was truly intense with my fatigue at full throttle...
Of course, my entire body is creaking from muscle pain,
and my powers of concentration are falling and I'm always wandering around in a daze from morning on,
but if Billy was like this, and his whole body fell apart, somehow he'd stage a comeback. (^_^)

This is the so-called 'Runner's High' maybe? (^_^)

Well then, have we at last passed the climax?
I start another new menu tomorrow~

P.S. I feel like my body's tightening up a little (^_^) but just a little. (bwahahah)

[note: hej hej from onsala sweden! they've got wifi (thank the gods!) so there shouldn't be too much interruption! just if i pass out from exhaustion. i'm remembering yuu's post about jet lag a while back, and i'm thinking... NO. JOKE.]

[376] Hii...Huu... Mii... (^_^) - 2007/06/06 (Wed)

The third day of enlistment, and the pain is almost transcendent.
Plus, my senses seem to have left me from total exhaustion...

My body is creaking even more than yesterday...
And my feet are flatly refusing to bend. (^^;)

With this intense condition, I was seriously half-crying, (^^;)
but I muttered, 'Nooo, is this really the end for me?'
and tried even harder than yesterday. (^_^)

Even the new menu from today is crunching hard.
It's a storm of push-ups, squats, and sit-ups.

There was some practice in the first half, and the rhythm was broken up nicely,
but the second half, honestly, I felt quite deserted.

There's no way I can do sit-ups like that...
Plus, the sit-up menu is beyond dangerous...
It's a long period of time V lettered sit-ups.

By the last one, I was completely exhausted, unable even to lift my arms or my legs.
Somehow, the quantity of sweat had doubled.

Incidentally, the third day seems to be over,
and my otherwise variable body weight hasn't changed one bit. (^^;)
Well, there's several decades of 'flab' here,
so it's not going to be that simple, I suppose...

Ripped abdominals... A fleeting dream... (bwahahah)

[note: hello to you from the international terminal at the detroit metro airport~ i'm getting on a plane~ oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah~]

[375] One... Two... (^_^) - 2007/06/05 (Tue)

A very good evening to you. As expected,
muscle pain had transformed the robot. (^_^)

To cheer up my creaking body:
somehow, the second day has come to a close.

Not discouraged by the dizziness when I stand up, I've been going almost non-stop,
but the second half of the consecutive situps menu was the final blow.
Once again, Billy leaves me in the dust. (^^;)

Aa... My body hurts... (T_T)

Well, but I think this training could be quite reasonable.
With aerobics and weight training and streatching on the menu, it's covers everything.
Plus it uses every bit of the body to within an inch of its life. (^_^)

Well then, the first disc is over, tomorrow I bust into the second disc.
What kind of hell awaits me... (^^;)

P.S. Excersice is seriously important for a shut-in.
Usually, I barely move around at all. (^_^)

04 June 2007

[374] Ah, I've arrived... (^_^) - 2007/06/04 (Mon)

I've finally taking the occasion to enlist. (^_^)
Frankly, it'd completely disappeared from my memory (^^;)
but it arrived today at last.

Speaking of, everyone, seriously, is this menu broken up into manageble chunks?
15 minutes after I started, I was drenched in sweat and not very steady on my feet.
Not a whole lot, but it wouldn't even be useful for the band. (*waterfalls of sweat*)

Somehow, even if I get left in the dust by Billy,
I'll give my best to the end, but my body's already snapped. (^_^)

In one week...? Intense... Seriously. (bwahahah)

It'll go beyond exhausted, I've got a bad feeling...
If that's the case, I'm worried about eating dinner.

Well, I seem to be discouraged right off the bat, but
For my goals! Flab! And climbing Mt Fuji!
I will go for it!!!

Man, this is the start of a long week. (^_^)

P.S. Doesn't anybody else want to enlist with me? (^_^)

[note: i leave tomorrow!!! zomg could i possibly be more excited? i'm sure i would explode. anyhow, updates are going to get a little spotty from here on out, but i'll update when i can, and be back up full scale at the end of the month. adjö~]

[373] A little late, but... - 2007/06/04 (Mon)

I got into 'YouTube' (^_^)
Recently, I've been entirely captivated by animal movies. (^_^)

You can really watch anything.
This is an amazing era...

Now, you can do all your movie editing on one personal computer.
Wonderful full-blown stuff can be made with iMovie and a Mac.

For a while, I had a little interest in it, and played around with iMovie,
but the image wasn't worth all those hours.

I feel like just for my everyday casual TV watching,
it must take enormous hours and hours of editing labor.

Thanks to 'YouTube,' the number of movie creator gathering places has increased,
as well as the boundaries of serious fun.

Eventually, I'll make something, too, like, 'Daikon Diaries.' (bwahahah)
If there's time, I would give it a try, but... (^_^)

... If you think about it, there's already movies about that. (^_^)
People who are interested should look up 'Aokubi Daikon Movie Theater.'

P.S. Hahahah, that one was funny~

[372] Satan (^_^) - 2007/06/03 (Sun)

This is delicious 'Satan.' (^_^)

We received it from a fan,
but I was honestly glad for the post material. (^_^)

Because Potato Shochu is so popular, *
I hardly ever drink it.
It's not usually in stock in stores.

Speaking of popular Shochu,
I already have a bottle, labeled 'Moriizou'
but that stuff is more expensive,
something like 40,000 yen for one bottle. **

Amazing, isn't it... It's premium.
I couldn't even afford 5 big shots with wine. (^^;)

Before, I didn't drink that much shochu,
but I heard various rumors, like
'Shochu won't give you a hangover,'
and 'Shochu won't make you fat.' (^_^)
Now I drink it all the time.

Man~ 'Satan' is, of course, delicious!!
I'll just take little sips while I'm working to make it last. (bwahaha)

Alright, refuling complete!! I'm awake now. (^_^)

Have a good holiday...

[ * Potato Shochu is an alchoholic beverage made from sweet potatos. what i really like about humanity is the way we'll make alchohol out of anything. i can't wait till i see alchohol made from something stupid, like plastic.
** that would be a little over $325 per bottle. lord! also, Moriizou i think is made in some specific area, and that's why it's so pricy. i don't know, their site was a little sparse... ]

[371] Picture Day - 2007/06/02 (Sat)

This past 6/1 seems to have been 'Picture Day.'
It's the day 1841 that the first photograph was taken in Japan or something.

And, after a while, another night view upload. (^_^)
Have a peek at the ever-popular Rainbow Bridge.

The other day, I was thinking about Mt Rokkou,
and really, when I thought about it carefully,
I don't have any memories of going on a night view date since coming to the capital. (^^;)

The area around the fort would feel nice... (delusions)
Sitting on a bench in the area would really be the best... (still more delusions)

Whichever one I chose, the tripod in my hand would be a hindrance to being a couple. (^_^)

Well then well then, have a dreamy weekend.

[note: a? he's had a run of really nice pictures lately, hasn't he? also, b? i'd go on a date with you, Yuu-kun! i promise i won't mind the tripod~

oh yeah, also! the email we got from YOU's BBS today was discussing the final prelim in the national dance contest Chimaera is having in Sapporo on the 17th. whoever wins will earn their place in the tokyo finals. tickets are now on sale, and for more info, you can check out the chimaera site:
