[397] Be careful with the earth (^_^) - 2007/07/01 (Sun)

It's sudden, but from now on, I'm biased, biased. (^_^) *

The other day, I heard about illegal dumping on Mt Fuji,
but somehow, that's the reason it can't be registered as a World Heritage site or something...

Japan's mountain, 'Fuji-san'...
I thought for sure it would be a World Heritage site.

That's really a sad fact, you know... That a beautiful mountain like that is a mountain of garbage.
Fuji-san is Japan's, no, humanity's treasure! (*angry*)

Today is the start of mountain climbing season, and there are a lot of people who climb mountains,
so let's all properly dispose of our trash.
I'll be careful, too, when I go climbing.

The earth is the only one, so be careful with it.

See, every once in a while I try some serious talk, too. (^_^)

P.S. Today I had a Billy Party at my friend's house. (^_^)
Everyone got all sweaty, and finally, the whole crew fell down dead
like, 'This, intense...'
I recommend it, it's more fun than doing it silently alone.

Tomorrow I think I'll be be victimized by someone... (^_^)

[ * the word for "biased" actually sounds like the word "echo" so he might be thinking he's kind of funny here. let's all show him how wrong he is by trying not to smile, mkay? (^_^) ]

[396] Rest, rest (^_^) - 2007/06/30 (Sat)

Due to yesterday's oversleeping, today I got one hour of sleep. (^^;)
I was at MAX drowsy in the evening,
but I was worried I'd be wide awake at midnight. (^^;)
Seriously, I'm vampire by nature...
I should try drinking tomato juice every day. (^_^)

Yesterday I also finally finished watching Supernatural. *
The end was a little, Wait, What? but
boy wasn't I up early today to keep watching. (^_^)
Upon doing some prompt investigation, I discovered that
the second season will start showing in Japan on 8/10.

Yeah~ Not much further to go--.
Until then, I've got a 'LOST' revival I guess, and after that, some 'Prison Break' too. (^_^)
Actually, I've gotten interested in 'The OC.' (^_^)

With my personality, these kind of dramas
are the type I collect and watch all at once,
but I learned my lesson about watching them all in order during 'Friends.' (^_^)
Man, also, my long-awaited day off was over just like that,
plus, the story continues for so long, it's basically endless. (^_^)
('Friends' was something like 10 seasons...)

So then, lately, in my free hours, I've been steadily watching 1~2 episodes.
That's why I'm so thankful for Supernatch's one complete story per hour format.
With the continuing story ones, I completely forget all the details from the time before . (^^;)

What are everyone's recommendations?
My recommendation is of course my dear 'Dark Angel.'
That was the start of my foreign drama fad, after all.
Jessica Alba was cute, too, and the guy who plays Dean on Supernatch,
Jensen Ackles, makes an appearance.
Plus, the work's director was the creator of that 'Titanic,'
James Cameron, I think.
People who are interested, please prepare for lack of sleep. (^_^)

Well then well then, have a good weekend~

[ * which will be refered to from here on out as "supernatch," as is his wont. (^_^) ]

[395] All in good time, - 2007/06/29 (Fri)

The camera I broke the other day was finally fixed.
I wanted to use it in Sapporo if I could have, but oh well. (*disappointed*)
Everyone also please take care of yourself during these rainy days.

Man~ After all that mess yesterday, disgustingly, I still didn't end up going to bed, (^^;)
but if you'll notice, I did crash. (^_^)
It's been a while since I got any truly good sleep. Even as much as a light half day. (^^;)
If you're very tired, your eyes don't open at all, and waking up is a big surprise.
Oversleep can make you drowsy, too, you know. (^_^)

Tonight, I think a leisurely viewing of Supernatural. (^_^)
It'll be past midnight again, but... (*fear*)

27 June 2007

[394] Today, I will get to bed!! - 2007/06/28 (Thu)

Man~ After all that flapping about after that thing,
I still didn't get to go to bed after all. (^^;)
Although, seeing the morning sun like that everyday is somehow refreshing, you know? (^_^)

Still, it's been a long time since I was so incredibly hyper busy.
I haven't slept in so long I can't even walk straight. (^_^)
Plus, when I close my eyes, I'll be dead asleep in 10 seconds. (^_^)

Today, I will get to bed. Man, please let me get to bed. (^_^)

Before that, however, my thoughts on the photo contest...

This time, everyone seemed really troubled.
Even I was quite worried on my own. (^^;)
I could feel everyone's troubles keenly from the photos. (^_^)

With that, the number of people with the same material was amazing,
so the evaluation criteria underwent some amazingly stern battles, I thought.
Man, seriously, every round, the level goes up.
The day when we see a pro coming from this HP isn't too far off. (^_^)

All the photos of journeys and stuff
made me think, 'I'm jealous... I wanna go.'

Everyone has a different thought when you say 'travel'
so the photos were of course interesting.
They say 'reproduce the truth,'
but maybe the actual truth is something in the human imagination.

To the person who won the grand prix we're sending
my favorite lens, the one I've talked about before,
so please take some more great photos from now on.
Unless you're not using a Canon camera. (^^;)

To the honorable mention people, we're sending the dandelion picture I uploaded to this diary.
I did the printing my very self. On my very own printer. (^_^)
May your journey of life be
lovely and strong, like a dandelion.

We await all your many entries for next time, too.
Someday, we should gather up all of the previous entries and have a personal exhibition for everyone, don't you think?
If you don't all polish up your skills before then, that is. (^_^)

Also, for all your words of congratulations, 'thank you.'
Truly, thank you. I'm still soaking up the after-effects. (^_^)
All the hard work so far, it's been truly great... (*tears*)
'A great effort is always rewarded...' So I believe,
and from now on, I'll try my best, free of self-conceit.

Well, in closing, the anniversary totally passed us by... (^^;)
The recent days have truly passed quickly. (^_^)
This time it's a year and a month instead of just one month.
One year ago, I was thinking, 'Finally, a month...'
but now it feels like, 'Eh? A month's passed already?'
This diary is already completely a part of my daily routine. (^_^)
I hope you all continue to enjoy this HP.

Well then everyone, this time, seriously, good night. (^_^)

[there's the novel i was expecting! (^_^) i love how you can tell how tired he is by the fact that he keeps using the same words over and over. speaking of, remember a while back, when yuu got back from LA and was like jet-lag has ruined me? yeah, i know what he's talking about now. that dry air on that airplane raped my sinuses. i can hardly swollow, and my ears hurt. plus, it's 8.30 pm and i'm ready for bed. damn air travel! damn... ...zzzz]

[393] I'm home~ - 2007/06/27 (Wed)

A, At last, I can go to bed...
It's been a while since I've had a week with absolutely no time to spare. (^^;)

I'll write again later.
For the time being, please let me get some sleep. (^_^)

Well then well then, 'night... zzz

[man, i got back online thinking i was gonna have a mountain of posts to translate, and then there was this. go to sleep, boy! as for me, i am officially back in the States, and although jet lag seems to cause my sinuses to rebel against all life everywhere, i am function, however barely. we now return you to your regularly scheduled updates. (^_^)
- oh yeah, i almost forgot. the email from YOU's BBS system today was annoucing the opening of a DARTS shop in okinawa (open from the 3rd to the 31st of july) and the release of some more limited edition TSUTAYA stuff (on sale from the 2nd of july to the 30th of august). ]

23 June 2007

*** or possibly Shino-san

[392] Woohoo (^_^) - 2007/06/23 (Sat)

Fi, finally, first place!!!

At this point, I'd really like to celebrate,
but there's still a little bit of work left. (^^;)
It's over only when we have a small toast together. (^_^)

It's really nice, you know...
It's been a long journey to this day...

Everyone, truly, thank you.
Trying our best together so far has been worth it.

'Satan's Army will never die!!' (^_^)

P.S. Sorry, I can't seem to cool down... (^_^)
My impressions from the photo contest will have to wait a little.

[everyone together now, 'AWW!!!' (^_^) did anybody manage to see the performance? how was it?]

21 June 2007

[391] Back to my day job. (^_^) - 2007/06/22 (Fri)

Well, people who don't look at anything but this HP,
might think that I'm only a Daikon maniac,
but I actually do have a proper day job. (^_^)

It's been a while since a live broadcast, hasn't it? Shall we riot to our heart's content? (^_^)
A little lack of sleep, but...

Well then, I'll see you tonight on the screen. (^_^)

[note: why o why, dear god, do i not get any japanese tv? oh! cruel fate! you do love to taunt me so! (^_^) also, today's daikon outfit looks like bondage gear... ... ... ... swoon~]

[390] No, No Good... - 2007/06/21 (Thu)

Yesterday continued my pursuit of Billy. (^^;)

Yeah, if I take a nap, then I can go for it once I wake up.
Of course, I'll be hard after I get busy every day.

I couldn't get to sleep even after two hours, but... I'll keep at it. (^_^)

19 June 2007

[389] The Leading Edge? (^_^) - 2007/06/20 (Wed)

Billy is good, Jaga Pokkuri (^_^) is good,
Am I somehow on the leading edge of fashion, rather than smack in the middle? (^_^)

Man oh man, usually, I'm just a simple shut-in, you know...
I'm just a little bit happy. (^_^)

Well, but still, Billy must be truly effective~ (^_^)
Three weeks in, my figure has obviously changed. (bwahahah)
It seems to be, 'Maybe the losing of flab isn't just a dream!'

Ah- but still, how much longer can I continue,
Maybe I'm not really suitable for it.
It's the type of excercise that gets me tense just thinking about it.
That point makes me a little worried. (^_^)

P.S. Billy is in the country starting today, isn't he? ... I kind of want to see him. (^_^)

[388] Let's share (^_^) - 2007/06/19 (Tue)

I got it from a fan at the airport when I came back.

At first, I was like, Jaga Pokkuru? What is it? (^^;) *
I was a little lost at sea,
but I pressed onward (^_^) and, 'These, they're delicious! I'll definitely take these!!'
So I took them quite gratefully.

Well, these 'Jaga Pokkuru' seem to be pretty famous these days.
The must buy Hokkaido souvenir, I guess.
As far as I'm concerned, Hokkaido means 'White Lovers' or 'Butter Sand'
are the representative souvenirs, but those'll continue with vigor. **

Certainly, this is 'There's no end, I can't stop' tasty. (^_^)
Potato chips, well, I can't help it if I just love them. (^_^)

From now on, when I go to Hokkaido, I'll buy some without fail.
Everyone, if you get the chance, you should definitely try them.

P.S. If at all possible, I wanted a tour and a stay like this...
The next season better be a nice one...

[ * it is, in fact, some kind of potato snack. wikipedia japan tells us that it is a stick of fried, seasoned, and baked potato. it sounds good, i think i've got to have some.
** While Lover is a brand of candy and sweets produced in Hokkaido based in Sapporo, and Butter Sand is a Obihiroshi-based confectionary maker. ]

[387] SAPPORO... (^_^) - 2007/06/18 (Mon)

Man oh man, it is really hot, isn't it.
It makes me think Where am I?
Is this really Hokkaido? and I've only been in this sauna five hours.

Ken-chan and I were sweating so much,
we were like,
'No good... Dizzy...'
We were so exhausted. (^^;)
We're already completely dehydrated.

Personally, I was already a little broken, but now it's total. (^_^)
Last time, it was a suitable pretext for drinking (*major sweat*)
so this time, I was patient and only drank a little. (^_^)
Maybe a little too patient...

I was thinking casually about this time,
and this dance contest, with each successive one,
the family changes somehow. (^_^)
Sort of like, 'Ah- it's been a while!' (^_^)
Like me, many of the faces are the same,
so it's almost like having a day job. (^_^)
It's a strangly settled feeling, maybe restful,
yeah, a pleasant feeling... (bwahahah) *

The next finals meet should be an enjoyable event, too, huh?
The overall champion will compete with the runner up team,
so the level should be something truly high.
I'm getting excited now looking forward to it.

Well then well then, to the performers and staff, and people who support them,
thank you, everyone, from the heart, for letting us come and watch.

The people who are participating, please get some peaceful rest.
Take it easy. (^_^)

P.S. Someone~ Doesn't anyone want to go drinking with me now? (bwahahah)

[ * he just thinks he's so funny, doesn't he... he can have my day job if he wants! ... er, if i had one any more ... ]

[386] Mm? In your left hand... - 2007/06/16 (Sat)

Looks really heavy. (^_^)

Tomorrow is Sapporo.
I was thinking, it's been a long time since I've seen everybody,
and I got a little excited. (^_^)

Also, given my feelings about the Hokkaido dance event,
I'm sure I'll enjoy the hot dance moves unfolding this time, too.

There are probably people who've never been to a dance event before,
so please, take this opportunity, the door to a whole new world will open for you. (^_^)
Because you see the dances right up close, it's truly overwhelming.
I'm deeply moved by the audience's mood every time, too. (^_^)

Everyone, be careful of excessive drinking tomorrow. (bwahahah)
Enjoy the Sapporo night~
Eat your fill of delicious things. (^_^)

Well then, in preparations for tomorrow... Sleep well... zzz

[385] Ye, yeah ... zzz - 2007/06/16 (Sat)

Did everyone's training go well? (^_^)
Recovered from the muscle pain? (*waterfall of sweat*)

Those who are already veterans, those who have gone only once, and those who are just beginning,
let's go for it little by little together. (^_^)

When I seem to be crushed, I'll set my sights on climbing Mt. Fuji,
and get my fighting spirit on in earnest. (^_^)

You lose minerals when you sweat,
so during training, constantly drink mineral water,
and take in some amino acids before and after you begin.

Honestly, in 1~2 weeks' time, ripped abdominals are still far off, (^^;)
so I'll keep on with it for a month and then report in.

Aim for 'VICTORY!!'
Have a good weekend. (^_^)

P.S. Uh- I went to watch Supernatural, but it was like 3 am... (^^;)

[note: speaking of being up late... (^_^) i've been to denmark and stockholm in the past five days. i am now officially a world traveler! i'm gonna need a week to recover when i get home. =(>_)> ]

15 June 2007

[384] 'Hydrangea' - 2007/06/14 (Thu)

And the rainy season reatches a head.
When I went to take a photo on a rainy day a few days ago,
my camera got wet and broke. (^^;)
It'll be out for repair for this rainy season.

Well, I think I'll be alright if there's a lot of rain anyway,
but of course digital is weak versus rain.
I kept my camera out of the wet as much as possible,
but when I got home, it was broken. (T_T)
Everyone, take care during this season, please.

Even during the gloomy rainy season, with the beauty of the hydrangea
we can excuse it at least a little bit. (^_^)
The season is disagreeable for humans,
but for plants, it's a blessing from heaven.

Fix it quick, so I can go and take photos of the hydrangea. (^_^)

P.S. Of course, not even a remnant of the Billy enlistment program remains...
A slight body break-down I'm afraid. (^^;) Moderation, everyone...

[note: i got back from denmark this afternoon. 10 days till i go home!
-- oh yeah! also. someone on you.love was wondering what yuu's birthyear was, but since that group's disabled anonymous posting, i couldn't answer. his birthday is usually reported as feb 11, 1973, making him just a few months older than gaku.]

13 June 2007

[383] Have some for your bath. (^_^) - 2007/06/13 (Wed)

I bought this a while ago just to try,
and it's really great. (^_^)

Somehow, this kind of aroma makes you float,
and it feels fruity.

Lately, I've been buying the sugary kind of sparkling wine,
and as a beerer, I was as happy as could be,
of course, with the occasional gulp of 100% malt!!
I'm restricted to this. (^_^)

I recommend it for people who like the rich flavor of domestic beers.

Except, alchohol is the foundation of 'flab.' (^_^)
Seriously, be careful of overdrinking.

For my Billy reward...
Eh? That doesn't mean anything? (^_^)

Sake for sake's sake!! (excuse)

[382] 'Travel' - 2007/06/12 (Tue)

Did everyone take good photos?
The theme this time was a little vague,
so it was a bit difficult, don't you think? (^^;)

I chose the subject myself,
and even I didn't quite know what to take a picture of,
so I went out so many times to do it,
but I didn't like any of the pictures I took.

My eye casually caught a dandelion blooming by the roadside,
and I thought, the dandelion is the plant that travels. (^_^)

It's progress is as it is blown by the wind, and if a flower blooms,
it begins a journey of another type,
and that might send it on a journey somewhere else...
With those kind of thoughts, I took the photo.

I wanted to take the photo with the subject dancing about,
but with just my skill, well, that's overdoing it a little. (^^;)

A dandelion waiting alone in an isolated corner of the city to begin its journey...
I wanted it to blossom into a precious flower and reach its destination safely.

Huh? ... Still no connection to 'travel' ? (^_^)

P.S. This time, we got a bunch of entries. It might be a little while for the results.

11 June 2007

[381] Not that supernatural. (^_^) - 2007/06/11 (Mon)

I think a lot of people know about it already,
but 'SUPERNATURAL is fun.
I've been watching it lately before bed.

Except, it's contents have a touch of Horror,
so people who watch it before bed, please watch out
when going to the bathroom. (^_^)

Two good looking brothers go around settling things as 'Ghost Hunters'
with extraordinary phenomenon as a theme,
but every time, my hearts starts pounding and throbbing,
and in the dead of night by myself, I start yelling in a strange voice, like, 'Gyaa-!' and 'Aaargh!' (^_^)

It progresses as your basic story-an-episode show,
but I think it leaves you wondering
'How are they going to do it next time... I can't sleep...' so I recommend it for busy people.

The man who plays the older brother, I thought I'd seen him before somewhere,
but he was on that 'Dark Angel' wasn't he?

'Dark Angel' ...
I'm sorry to say the second season is over,
but I still expect a continuation...

Interested parties should check them both out.

P.S. Billy, I went back to the first day again.
It'd become more or less easy, but the band of course was intense.

10 June 2007

[380] VICTORYYYY!!! - 2007/06/10 (Sun)

Finally, the entire course is finished!!

The results are my body weight minus .7 kg
my waist size is minus 2 cm,
my body fat percentage is minus 1%.
Numerically, there weren't too many results. (^^;)

Well, my body has certainly changed. (^_^)
Somehow, the 'flab' has become hard. (^_^)
Later, even running up the stairs at the station won't get me out of breath. (bwahahah)

It's bit by bit, but I am being transfigured into a healthy body
from my shut-in status. (^_^)

Well, until Billy's victory, so many years passed without understanding. (^^;)
I think I'll try and continue it for a while.
And also, for my next turn, I'll put more protein and vegetables at the center of my eating habits.

So, everyone, 'VICTORYYYYYY!!!'
(total Billy believer... (heheheh) )

P.S. Aah!! The photo contest... Ends tomorrow... (=_=;)

09 June 2007

[379] Flowers... Fishing... Kindness... What? - 2007/06/09 (Sat)

Fi, finally, the abdominal menu is finished!!
All that remains is the final program.

Somehow or other, I've recovered from the muscle pain.
My body feels somehow light.

Today, as a trial, I tried waking up early and doing it right away.
It was a good felling; my eyes were wide open all at once. (^_^)

Plus, my body was warm throughout the day,
so it felt like I must be burning something.

With these results, I think I'll try sweating a lot right from the start tomorrow, too. (^_^)

Except... if I'm going to excersise from the morning on,
I should already be asleep. (bwahahah)

P.S. Incidentally, the excersice like in the photograph isn't included, sorry. (^_^)

[378] Ii~, aah~ru, san- su... - 2007/06/08 (Fri)

I started the sit-up menu today!!
This time seemed shorter, more so than the previous days,
just sit-ups, like, Is this it!!

Even at the best of moments, I get left in the dust on the second half of the menus,
and for me, honestly, it's intense. (^_^)

Of course, 'flab' comes from weak abdominal muscles maybe...
Or so I thought until today's workout. (^_^)

Well, but until yesterday, it truly was hell. (^_^)
It was only the hours that were short, and a good thing, huh.

Maybe I can do this menu every day.
Of course if I continued with yesterday's menu, one day I'd just drop dead. (^^;)

Two days left!!

[note: the title is also a mild joke about arithmetic, which is kind of difficult to explain, but basically if he said it like normal, the title would be ... maybe "i'm good at arithmetic" ... or something like that. ]

07 June 2007

[377] An-... Dou... Towa-... - 2007/06/07 (Thu)

Uugh... The inferior blood is exhausted... (T_T)
Billy, overuse of deficient muscles....

But finally, the fourth day of enlistment, right at the same place!!
Man oh man, as usual, Billy left me in the dust for the second half,
but the first 30 minutes, anyway seemed managable.
So I say, gasping for breath and drenched in sweat.

Starting today, I boldly tried using the Billy Band,
but of course, it's intense. I already can't lift my arm... (^^;)
Plus the leaving in the dust quotient skyrocketed. (^^;)

The only thing is, until now I'd been thinking only about Billy,
but of course the muscle load is a serious matter.
The number of reps you can do decreases, but your muscles are definitely more effective than when you don't use them.
I'll try training steadily using the Band, but at my own pace.

As for today... it was truly intense with my fatigue at full throttle...
Of course, my entire body is creaking from muscle pain,
and my powers of concentration are falling and I'm always wandering around in a daze from morning on,
but if Billy was like this, and his whole body fell apart, somehow he'd stage a comeback. (^_^)

This is the so-called 'Runner's High' maybe? (^_^)

Well then, have we at last passed the climax?
I start another new menu tomorrow~

P.S. I feel like my body's tightening up a little (^_^) but just a little. (bwahahah)

[note: hej hej from onsala sweden! they've got wifi (thank the gods!) so there shouldn't be too much interruption! just if i pass out from exhaustion. i'm remembering yuu's post about jet lag a while back, and i'm thinking... NO. JOKE.]

06 June 2007

[376] Hii...Huu... Mii... (^_^) - 2007/06/06 (Wed)

The third day of enlistment, and the pain is almost transcendent.
Plus, my senses seem to have left me from total exhaustion...

My body is creaking even more than yesterday...
And my feet are flatly refusing to bend. (^^;)

With this intense condition, I was seriously half-crying, (^^;)
but I muttered, 'Nooo, is this really the end for me?'
and tried even harder than yesterday. (^_^)

Even the new menu from today is crunching hard.
It's a storm of push-ups, squats, and sit-ups.

There was some practice in the first half, and the rhythm was broken up nicely,
but the second half, honestly, I felt quite deserted.

There's no way I can do sit-ups like that...
Plus, the sit-up menu is beyond dangerous...
It's a long period of time V lettered sit-ups.

By the last one, I was completely exhausted, unable even to lift my arms or my legs.
Somehow, the quantity of sweat had doubled.

Incidentally, the third day seems to be over,
and my otherwise variable body weight hasn't changed one bit. (^^;)
Well, there's several decades of 'flab' here,
so it's not going to be that simple, I suppose...

Ripped abdominals... A fleeting dream... (bwahahah)

[note: hello to you from the international terminal at the detroit metro airport~ i'm getting on a plane~ oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah~]

05 June 2007

[375] One... Two... (^_^) - 2007/06/05 (Tue)

A very good evening to you. As expected,
muscle pain had transformed the robot. (^_^)

To cheer up my creaking body:
somehow, the second day has come to a close.

Not discouraged by the dizziness when I stand up, I've been going almost non-stop,
but the second half of the consecutive situps menu was the final blow.
Once again, Billy leaves me in the dust. (^^;)

Aa... My body hurts... (T_T)

Well, but I think this training could be quite reasonable.
With aerobics and weight training and streatching on the menu, it's covers everything.
Plus it uses every bit of the body to within an inch of its life. (^_^)

Well then, the first disc is over, tomorrow I bust into the second disc.
What kind of hell awaits me... (^^;)

P.S. Excersice is seriously important for a shut-in.
Usually, I barely move around at all. (^_^)

[374] Ah, I've arrived... (^_^) - 2007/06/04 (Mon)

I've finally taking the occasion to enlist. (^_^)
Frankly, it'd completely disappeared from my memory (^^;)
but it arrived today at last.

Speaking of, everyone, seriously, is this menu broken up into manageble chunks?
15 minutes after I started, I was drenched in sweat and not very steady on my feet.
Not a whole lot, but it wouldn't even be useful for the band. (*waterfalls of sweat*)

Somehow, even if I get left in the dust by Billy,
I'll give my best to the end, but my body's already snapped. (^_^)

In one week...? Intense... Seriously. (bwahahah)

It'll go beyond exhausted, I've got a bad feeling...
If that's the case, I'm worried about eating dinner.

Well, I seem to be discouraged right off the bat, but
For my goals! Flab! And climbing Mt Fuji!
I will go for it!!!

Man, this is the start of a long week. (^_^)

P.S. Doesn't anybody else want to enlist with me? (^_^)

[note: i leave tomorrow!!! zomg could i possibly be more excited? i'm sure i would explode. anyhow, updates are going to get a little spotty from here on out, but i'll update when i can, and be back up full scale at the end of the month. adjö~]

[373] A little late, but... - 2007/06/04 (Mon)

I got into 'YouTube' (^_^)
Recently, I've been entirely captivated by animal movies. (^_^)

You can really watch anything.
This is an amazing era...

Now, you can do all your movie editing on one personal computer.
Wonderful full-blown stuff can be made with iMovie and a Mac.

For a while, I had a little interest in it, and played around with iMovie,
but the image wasn't worth all those hours.

I feel like just for my everyday casual TV watching,
it must take enormous hours and hours of editing labor.

Thanks to 'YouTube,' the number of movie creator gathering places has increased,
as well as the boundaries of serious fun.

Eventually, I'll make something, too, like, 'Daikon Diaries.' (bwahahah)
If there's time, I would give it a try, but... (^_^)

... If you think about it, there's already movies about that. (^_^)
People who are interested should look up 'Aokubi Daikon Movie Theater.'

P.S. Hahahah, that one was funny~

[372] Satan (^_^) - 2007/06/03 (Sun)

This is delicious 'Satan.' (^_^)

We received it from a fan,
but I was honestly glad for the post material. (^_^)

Because Potato Shochu is so popular, *
I hardly ever drink it.
It's not usually in stock in stores.

Speaking of popular Shochu,
I already have a bottle, labeled 'Moriizou'
but that stuff is more expensive,
something like 40,000 yen for one bottle. **

Amazing, isn't it... It's premium.
I couldn't even afford 5 big shots with wine. (^^;)

Before, I didn't drink that much shochu,
but I heard various rumors, like
'Shochu won't give you a hangover,'
and 'Shochu won't make you fat.' (^_^)
Now I drink it all the time.

Man~ 'Satan' is, of course, delicious!!
I'll just take little sips while I'm working to make it last. (bwahaha)

Alright, refuling complete!! I'm awake now. (^_^)

Have a good holiday...

[ * Potato Shochu is an alchoholic beverage made from sweet potatos. what i really like about humanity is the way we'll make alchohol out of anything. i can't wait till i see alchohol made from something stupid, like plastic.
** that would be a little over $325 per bottle. lord! also, Moriizou i think is made in some specific area, and that's why it's so pricy. i don't know, their site was a little sparse... ]

[371] Picture Day - 2007/06/02 (Sat)

This past 6/1 seems to have been 'Picture Day.'
It's the day 1841 that the first photograph was taken in Japan or something.

And, after a while, another night view upload. (^_^)
Have a peek at the ever-popular Rainbow Bridge.

The other day, I was thinking about Mt Rokkou,
and really, when I thought about it carefully,
I don't have any memories of going on a night view date since coming to the capital. (^^;)

The area around the fort would feel nice... (delusions)
Sitting on a bench in the area would really be the best... (still more delusions)

Whichever one I chose, the tripod in my hand would be a hindrance to being a couple. (^_^)

Well then well then, have a dreamy weekend.

[note: a? he's had a run of really nice pictures lately, hasn't he? also, b? i'd go on a date with you, Yuu-kun! i promise i won't mind the tripod~

oh yeah, also! the email we got from YOU's BBS today was discussing the final prelim in the national dance contest Chimaera is having in Sapporo on the 17th. whoever wins will earn their place in the tokyo finals. tickets are now on sale, and for more info, you can check out the chimaera site:
